Wristbands are:

• non-transferable once applied
• void if tampered with or removed
• valid for both Saturday & Sunday
• good for one person only and may not be shared

• There is a (4) four carnival pass limit per household.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

• With every Carnival pass, a $1 Sustainability Fee is included to help support the sustainability goals and initiatives of this event.

Important: Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions. Receipts/Order Confirmations can be faked/forged. Don’t be fooled.

What Is Karna?

Klarna provides flexible online payment options for ticket purchasers through Klarna Financing. Payment plans allow you to purchase your ticket now, and pay for it over time. Learn more at Klarna.com.

If you meet the requirements below and your cart’s eligible, you can select Klarna at checkout. To sign up, you’ll need:

• A U.S.-issued debit or credit card,
• To be 18 years of age or over,
• A SMS-capable phone number and
• A U.S. residential address.

You can opt to pay with Klarna by following these steps:

• Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. Only the total purchase amounts that qualify will be offered the option to pay using Klarna.
• View and select your preferred Klarna payment option.
• Select Klarna at the checkout to pay for your purchase.
• You can manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

Tips & Reminders

• Make sure to input a valid shipping address at time of purchase.
• Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
• Merchandise will not be available for Will Call pick up so please provide a valid and properly formatted shipping address during checkout.
• Packaging is not considered part of the order and condition of packaging is not guaranteed.
• Super VIP pass type only available for domestic US orders.
• Advance Sale Gift ships within your wristband order.

Important Dates

• Last date to update your wristband shipping address is 9/22/23.
• If you have not received your order by 10/30/23 please reach out to AXS order support to have your order set for Will Call.

Shipping & Will Call Details

• Wristband shipping will begin in early to mid October and may take a few weeks to complete. Please be patient.
• International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase. (Excludes VIP/Super VIP Merchandise).
• Wristbands (non-merch items) will ship via UPS Mail Innovations.
• Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances. No exceptions.
• Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances whatsoever (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog scared the postman, alien abduction, stuck in limbo, not shipped, returned to sender, etc.) will be required to be picked up at Will Call by the original purchaser.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is packed. Please also check your spam folder. Camp Flog Gnaw is not responsible for failed/blocked/misdelivered/bounced email delivery.

Delivery Fees

Delivery Fee (shipping or Will Call) added to each order:

• $15
• + $10 additional for International orders

Delivery fees (shipping or will call) will not be refunded for any reason.

Parking Passes

Parking passes are AXS Mobile ID digital passes that will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the event and are scanned from your phone from the Camp Flog Gnaw or AXS mobile App.

VIP and Super VIP merch will be shipped to purchasers separately from your admission order.

• Merch will start shipping shipping by the end of October.
• Merch is shipped via USPS parcel select or UPS sure post, with SVIP being UPS ground with signature required.
• A tracking email will be sent when your order is packed.
• Merch will not be available for pick-up at the festival.
• Last date to update your wristband and merch shipping address is 9/22/23.
