- Simply click "Join Waitlist" to get started.
- Select from available pass options/types.
- The waitlist will open for items as they are sold out.
- There is a deposit of $20 for signing up for each waitlist item type per order.
- Example (4 admission passes) would be $80
- Pricing for your requested item is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
- If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the full amount.
- Orders will only be fulfilled if inventory is available for every item in your order.
- You could consider making separate order requests per item type if you're concerned.
- Do not sign-up multiple times for the same item. This will not help your chances. Review limit details/rules.
- You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your order is fulfilled.
- You must also check your AXS fan account regularly in case you miss email notification.
- Camp Flog Gnaw/AXS is not responsible for failed/blocked/mis-delivered/bounced email delivery.
- Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
- There is not a way to see your place in line.
- If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, then your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival event has passed.
- Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee passes for the event and are subject to availability.
- If you wish to cancel your request, you can do so via Fan Account.
- Waitlist orders cannot be canceled until 48 hours after your initial request.

- You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders once they are filled.
Return/How to Return
Plans changed? Check to see if you’re eligible to offer your passes back to fans on the waitlist.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click here to log into your Camp Flog Gnaw AXS FanAccount.
- Go to “Your Tickets” and select your Camp Flog Gnaw order with the passes you would like to return.
- Click Return then Get Started to see if your passes are eligible for return.
- Check the box next to each pass you would like to return.
- If there is no check box next to a pass, it is currently not eligible for return, please check back later.
- Your offer is based off the base ticket price minus a $50 return fee. Fees are not refunded.
- Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
- Once confirmed, your passes will be offered to fans on the waitlist.
- There is no official resale option for Camp Flog Gnaw.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed. From there you will be paid out for your return within 7-10 business days.
- You can still return your pass after you have received your passes in the mail, however please note that your passes will be canceled.
- Passes must be paid in full before being available to be returned. Reach out to AXS to complete any ongoing payment plans before returning.
- All returns are final.
