Looking for passes? Buying AXS Official Resale wristbands from other fans is safe, simple, and worry-free.

Passes purchased with AXS Official Resale are 100% valid & authenticated. Only General Admission passes are available for Resale.

Click “List Your Passes” and log in.

Go to “Your Tickets” & choose the passes you want to sell.

Click "Get Started" to first prepare the passes to be resold.

Once prepared for sale, Click “Sell”

Check the box beside each pass you want to list for sale. Click “Continue” to enter your selling price and listing options.*

Follow the prompts to set up your payment account, review details, & complete your listing.

Not all passes are eligible for resale.
Once you’ve listed your passes, they will be immediately available for other fans to buy.
If the ‘Sell’ button is not displayed or is grayed out, this indicates that your passes are not eligible for resale.
Passes must be paid in full to be resold.
No shipping required! Once your pass has sold, a new wristband will be issued directly to the buyer. You can still try to resell a pass after it arrives in the mail, and even after it has been registered. Once sold, the original physical pass will be voided and can be discarded.
If you have already received your passes - be sure to check the registration code on the wristband to ensure you are listing the correct pass you intend to sell.
While your pass is actively listed for sale, it cannot be used for entry to the festival. If you’d like to use your original pass and not sell it, the listing needs to be deleted.
There is no guarantee that passes can or will be resold.
All sales are final.

You cannot sell part of a pass that was sold as a single item. (Example: Your 2-Day pass can not be broken up across days.)
Passes listed for resale will be listed and sold anonymously.
As the seller, you set your listing price and any listing expiration date per pass.
You can delete your listing at any time.
All unsold listings will expire at 10am on November 15th the morning of the festival when AXS Official Resale closes.

You will be sent an email from AXS once your listing has sold.
Before discarding wristbands, be sure to check the registration code to note which pass(es) have sold.
At that point, you will see the appropriate funds (the selling price of the pass, minus a seller fee) in your AXS account
Once the event has taken place, you will be able to transfer the funds to your selected financial institution.
- After you complete the transfer, the money will be in your bank account in 7-10 business days.
Unsold listings will automatically expire at 10am on November 15th on the morning of the festival.

Resale passes purchased prior to 11/5/2025 will be shipped directly to the buyer. After that date, resale passes will be available for pick up at will call.

- Passes purchased through AXS Official Resale may show AXS Mobile ID as the method of delivery when completing your order. This MobileID cannot be used for entry. You must visit the Box Office with your government-issued photo ID and AXS Order confirmation to be issued a wristband for entry if your resale wristband was not shipped to you.

Why can’t I sell my pass?

Not all passes are available for AXS Official Resale. This could be due to the show being unavailable for resale, the order not paid in full, or the pass may be classified as a VIP, Super VIP or special offer type that is non-transferable.
When does a resale listing expire?
It’s up to you! When listing passes for sale, you decide how long your listing will be available for others to buy. Please note: all resale listings will expire at 10a on Saturday, Nov 15th.

Generally, these are your options:
- One Day From Now
- One Week From Now
- 10am Saturday Nov 15th when all listings expire
Remember, you can delete your listing at any time (as long as the passes haven’t sold).
Do I have to deal with the buyer when selling tickets?

Never. AXS handles payment and delivery so buyers and sellers never interact with each other.
Where can I see how much money I will get back for my listing?

The price will be displayed prior to you listing your passes for Resale.
Are passes purchased on AXS Official Resale legit?

Yes, passes purchased with AXS Official Resale are 100% valid & authenticated. Do not buy passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. The festival won't service, authenticate, or support passes purchased from any unauthorized third parties and are unable to assist in any such transactions.
