Waitlist

Overview

The Official Waitlist is a place for fans to wait for official passes to become available direct from the Festival. These passes may become available at any point prior to the event.
Start by paying a refundable deposit to hold your place on the waitlist for the items you wish to purchase. As passes become available, your waitlist order will be automatically processed. If we are able to process your order, your deposit will be applied to the total.

Orders are filled “first come, first served”.
There is no way to see your place in line.
Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee passes or camping for the event and are subject to availability.
Deposit will be refunded if order is not fulfilled.
You can cancel your waitlist request at any time.
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment.

Pricing and Deposits
- Waitlist pricing for items is 'dynamic' and adjusts according to market supply & demand.
- Your waitlist order total will display based on your selected items.
- Once you submit your request your price will not change.
- If your waitlist request becomes fulfilled your selected payment method will be charged automatically the remaining balance of your order.
- Each waitlist item type requires a $20 deposit.
- If your order is fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order total.
- If your order can’t be filled, your deposit will be refunded 7–10 days after the festival concludes.
- There are no payment plan options for waitlist orders.
Checking Order Status & Notifications
- If your order is fulfilled, you’ll be sent a confirmation email from AXS.
- Be sure to check your order status on FanAccount!
- Camp Flog Gnaw/AXS is not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered or bounced email delivery.
- It's your responsibility to make sure your payment method is valid & has sufficient funds and not be expired.
- Credit card is recommended over debit card.
- Your bank or card issuer may decline the charge as a security or fraud precaution. If this happens, confirming the purchase with your bank afterward will not reverse the failed charge attempt. We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer in advance to let them know you are expecting a charge from AXS.
- Failed charge attempts may or may not be tried again at a later date. You will lose your place in line. You may lose your chance for fulfillment.
Waitlist Request Cancellation
- To leave the waitlist, cancel your request(s) via FanAccount.
- You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders filled.
Important Details & Reminders
- Don’t sign up multiple times for the same item, it will not improve your odds.
- There are strict order limits. Review the rules to ensure your order is not canceled.
- Your order will be filled only if inventory is available for every item in your order.
- All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they’re processed.

The Official AXS Resale is a safe and secure way for fans to buy and sell passes. Purchases through AXS Resale are 100% authenticated and guaranteed unlike ANY other 3rd party seller.
Buying AXS Official Resale Passes direct from other fans allows you to purchase passes immediately, securely, and at a fair price.
If a pass type is sold out, keep checking the AXS Resale Page, as may become available through resale.

Shipping & Box Office Info
- Resale passes purchased prior to 11/6/26 will be shipped directly to the new buyer.
- Resale passes purchased after 11/6/26 will be available for pick up at will call.
- Passes purchased through AXS Official Resale may show AXS Mobile ID as the method of delivery when completing your order. This MobileID cannot be used for entry. You must visit the Box Office with your government-issued photo ID and AXS Order confirmation to be issued a wristband for entry if your resale wristband was not shipped to you.
Are passes purchased on AXS Official Resale legit?

Yes, passes purchased with AXS Official Resale are 100% valid & authenticated. Do not buy passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. The festival won't service, authenticate, or support passes purchased from any unauthorized third parties and are unable to assist in any such transactions.
If I buy a VIP or SVIP pass through resale does it include merch?

Yes, all VIP and SVIP resale purchases will include merch. Merch will ship separately from your pass. Please see the Pass & Order Info page for order shipping details.
Do I have to deal with the seller when buying?

No, AXS will handle all communication with the seller.
Can I use my Camp Flog Gnaw account credit on a resale purchase?

No, credits can’t be applied to Resale purchases.
