Losing something is never fun, but Guest Services is here to help! We've got multiple ways to assist you in finding your lost stuff. Learn preventative measures ahead of arriving and where to view found items in real time!

Lost & Found FAQs

  • Where is Lost & Found located?

    Lost & Found is located inside the festival, near Okaga Village, but guests can also visit any Info Tent to ask in person, or view items online here. Also available in the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival mobile app. For locations, see Maps (link to Maps page).

  • When is it open?

    Our Lost & Found staff are available during show hours on Saturday and Sunday, and on Monday, Nov. 18 from 10A-3P at Gate A of Dodger Stadium. 

  • What if I left the festival?

    If you missed us during the event, we recommend filling out an Alert to stay updated on new items added to the website. All claims are reviewed by the Lost & Found team and they will confirm or reject the claim depending on the details provided to prove ownership. Pick up/Shipping options will be provided once the Claim is matched.

  • How updated is the inventory on the Lost & Found page?

    Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our team. For automatic updates, create an Alert.

  • What if I found something at the festival? Where do I turn it in?

    Take found items to any Info Tent or to Lost & Found directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or crowd management.

  • I see my item! How do I get it back?

    If it’s during the festival go to the Lost & Found tent, or submit a claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to help verify ownership. Once confirmed, we’ll email you on how to pick up your item or have it shipped!

  • What if I don't see my item on the website?

    We recommend filling out an Alert. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.

  • What if I think my item was stolen?

    We recommend filing a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department.
